First, I want to show you my favorite trick for making these treats. I cut two pieces of parchment paper and lay them across each other. Then when the treats are cool, I lift them out and use a serrated knife to cut them into bars. Note: The stick of butter is just holding the papers in place until my treats are ready to go in. A butter paper weight, if you will.
Slicing them makes for a pretty presentation, and you can wrap them up individually if you prefer.
