I have a fun and easy craft to share with you today. This DIY glitter ring is so pretty, and looks so professional. I used one of my favorite products, Mod Podge Dimensional Magic, which really gives it a finished, polished look.
Outside of drying time, this ring only takes minutes to make, and gives a fresh pop of color to your wardrobe.
Supplies needed:
Ring blank with small lip- found at Michaels for around $3
Mod Podge Dimensional Magic
Glitter in any color
Scrap foam or box to hold ring level while drying
Step 1: Fill ring with a very thin coat of Dimensional Magic.
Step 2: Sprinkle with glitter and let dry for several hours or overnight.
Step 3: Shake off excess glitter and apply another thin coat of Dimensional Magic. Dimensional Magic is cloudy when applied and dries clear. Let ring dry overnight or until Dimensional Magic is completely clear.
Step 4: Enjoy your new ring!
Project Tips
1. It’s very important to let the Dimensional Magic dry completely between steps.
2. If any bubbles form in your final coat of Dimensional Magic, pop them right away with a small needle.
