Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat a large nonstick electric griddle to 325 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in buttermilk, butter, eggs, and pure vanilla extract.

  3. Measure pancake batter by 1/4 cup fulls onto griddle. Cook until edges start to set and pancakes is golden brown underneath. Flip and continue cooking another 3-4 minutes.
