Ingredients

  • 5 ears Corn on the Cob husks and silks removed
  • water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Fresh Chives

Instructions

  1. Fill an 8 quart stockpot halfway with hot water. Bring water to a boil, then add corn, milk, butter, and sugar. Reduce heat to a simmer.

  2. Let corn simmer for 10 minutes, or until tender. Keep corn warm in butter bath until serving. Top with salt, pepper, and fresh chives.
