Easy One Pan Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine nest uncooked
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt more as needed
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1-2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese freshly shredded
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Combine cream, water, butter, salt, pepper, garlic clove, and pasta in a pan.
  • Bring to a boil and stir.
  • Reduce heat to a low simmer and cover.
  • Let pan simmer, covered, 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  • Remove pan from heat, remove garlic cloves and stir in cheese.
  • Sprinkle with additional parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
