Ingredients

of dry old-fashioned rolled oats

of toasted shredded coconut
1/2
cup
of smooth peanut butter
1/2
cup
of wheat germ
1/3
cup
of honey

teaspoon
of pure vanilla extract

of M&M'S Minis
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix all ingredients using paddle attachment until well combined.
Cover mixture and refrigerate for about an hour.
Use a medium cookie scoop or spoon to roll into 1 inch balls.
Store in the refrigerator.
