  • 8 oz uncured salame de parma
  • 8 oz prosciutto
  • 8 oz dry salmi sliced
  • 8 oz Havarti cheese cut into cubes
  • 8 oz extra sharp cheddar cut into cubes
  • 8 oz fresh mozarella ciliegine
  • 1 jar pumpkin spread
  • roasted pumpkin seeds
  • sweet and spicy pecans
  • olives
  • baguettes and crackers
  • Maple Leaf Cookies


  1. Start with a 20 inch round board. Place bowls and fill according to picture. Divide remaining ingredients in half. Assemble board as pictured placing each ingredient across from the same ingredient. Start with meat, then cheese. Place sage leaves, olives, and cookies last.
