Recently some of my blogger friends and I had an amazing retreat at Disneyland. You can read more about our weekend here! I was thrilled to work with Grand Legacy at The Park, formerly Ramada Maingate, for our retreat. This is where my family and I usually stay when we visit Disneyland because we just love it. It’s just a short walk across the street from the main entrance  and the newly renovated front tower is amazing!
We were a party of nine (!) visiting Disneyland from all over the country, and from Canada, so we wanted to spend as much time together as possible and the three room suite was the perfect fit.
The rooms are fresh and new and we had so much space to spread out. Perfect for a large group or family!
The suite has a great open living area and even a dining table.
There is a sleeping area on each side of the living room with doors that close. Our room woke up early one morning and started getting ready and the other room didn’t even hear us up moving around! This would be great if you have little ones who need to nap!
I’m not sure if you can tell by my pictures, but everything was really roomy. We had a ton of space to spread out.
The bathrooms are brand new and so pretty!
Plenty of room for selfies:0)
One of the best parts of the new tower is the view from the new rooftop lounge, The Fifth.
Seriously beautiful up here.
You can see over to California Adventure and Disneyland.
You can even watch the nightly fireworks show from The Fifth and they play the music along with the show!
We also loved the free hot breakfast that Grand Legacy offers. It is incredibly convenient to be able to grab a bit to eat and a coffee in the morning before heading over to the park. It’s also a huge money saver! Breakfast for a family can be so expensive, this is a great way to fuel up before hitting the parks!
We had a busy weekend, so we didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but it’s something my family and I have used so often when we visit!
I can’t say enough how easy it is to walk to the Grand Legacy. It’s just across the street from where the busses drop off for park entry. After a long day, especially with small children, it is so much simpler just to stroll over to your hotel room versus waiting to ride a shuttle or catching a bus. I wrote another review last year when it was still called Ramada Maingate, you can read more about my family’s experience with the hotel here!
Disclosure: Thank you to Grand Legacy at the Park for hosting us during our stay.Â
