Fourth of July Charcuterie Cups – easy to make and festive red, white, and blue charcuterie cups.

Fourth of July Charcuterie Cups
So festive and easy to make, these charcuterie cups are perfect for Fourth of July. Skewers of salami and cheese paired with a festive mix of red, white, and blue snacks.
These are so easy to make and look so good displayed together. Plus they allow your guests to grab and go instead of hovering over a board. Guests are free to mingle and enjoy their charcuterie cups anywhere. Check out my Christmas Charcuterie Cups, Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Cups, and Breakfast Charcuterie Cups.

INGREDIENTS FOR Fourth of July CHARCUTERIE CUPS
- Italian Dry Salami – a firmer texture salami that comes sliced.
- Brie – I used Brie Bites which are mini round brie circles. I’ve used a small brie cut into wedges in the past and that worked as well. Just make sure it’s not a super soft brie so it will hold its shape once cut.
- White Cheddar – Cut into squares.
- Fruit – raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
- Mixed Nuts – These go into the bottom of the cup to give it weight and help the cocktail picks to stay in place.
- Crackers – I used star shape crackers as well as breadsticks.
- Yogurt Covered Pretzels – I found Red, White, and Blue covered pretzels at Sprouts.
- Chocolates – I used milk and dark chocolate Lindor for the red and blue colors.
- Rosemary – small springs of rosemary add a festive touch. If you add anything different as an accent, please make sure it is food safe. Baby’s Breath for example is not food safe and should not be touching food.

MAKE-AHEAD Fourth of July CHARCUTERIE CUPS
I’ve tested out making charcuterie cups ahead a couple of times now and it works like a charm! You can make-ahead two ways.
- Make just the skewers ahead and keep them tightly covered in the refrigerator. Then assemble right before the party.
- Completely assemble the charcuterie cups and cover each with plastic wrap. If you assemble the entire cups ahead, keep the crackers separate until ready to serve.

TIPS FOR MAKING CHARCUTERIE CUPS
- Have a plan when shopping! It’s easy to over-buy. Try printing the recipe card and using it as a shopping list.
- Substitute ingredients based on what you can find at your grocery store or what you have on hand.
- For a kid friendly version, substitute Babybel for Brie Bites and squares of regular cheddar for the white cheddar.

where do the star crackers come from?
The Star Crackers are Valley Lahvosh and I can usually find them seasonally at Sprouts. If you do a google search you can see what groceries stores near you carry them.
