Easy One Pan Dinner - Cheesy Sausage, Potatoes and Broccoli

I love making these one pan dinners for my family. They are so quick to prep and cook, and you can mix and match the proteins and veggies depending on what you have on hand. They are great for a quick dinner or a hot lunch!

One Sheet Pan Dinner

One Pan Dinner

The secret to a great one pan dinner is to match ingredients with similar cooking times. These potatoes, broccoli and smoked sausage all cook for about 20 minutes.

One Sheet Pan Dinner Idea

For easier one pan dinner clean up, line the sheet pan with foil before baking. I use a heavy dark colored sheet pan to encourage browning.

One Pan Turkey Sausage, Potatoes and Broccoli

I used smoked turkey sausage in this recipe and it is packed with flavor! If you want to make the dinner a little lighter or dairy-free, just skip the cheese and it is still so tasty!

I normally roast potatoes and broccoli anyway, but I loved the combination of them with the sausage! So good!

Is the steak seasoning a dry one or liquid?

It’s a dry steak seasoning blend.

Somehow I always manage to not have an ingredient or have to substitute in most of your recipes and they still come out great. No different here, didn’t have steak seasoning so used Old Bay, had to use sharp cheddar cheese because that’s what I had and still came out yummy.
