This Oreo Milkshake is a rich and creamy treat packed with that signature cookies and cream flavor. I promise you will never know that I used low fat ingredients to make it! Clearly from my Oreo Cupcake Recipe and my Cool Mint Oreo Stuffed Cupcakes, I love using Oreos in my recipes! For this milkshake recipe, I tried the Reduced Fat Oreo’s and found them to be absolutely delicious. Just one Oreo per serving was enough to give this Oreo Milkshake amazing cookies and cream flavor.
I adapted this recipe from my Copycat Shamrock Shake recipe, and was able to swap out the sugar from that recipe for just one Reduced Fat Oreo cookie.

- 2 cups of slow-churned low fat vanilla ice cream I use Dryers
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 2 Reduced Fat Oreo Cookies divided
- Cool Whip Free
-
Combine ice cream, milk and divided Oreos in blender and blend until smooth.
-
Top with Cool Whip Free.
Twisting the Oreos open before blending allows them to break up quicker.
This Oreo Milkshake is an excellent alternative to restaurant or fast-food style milkshakes. The flavor is amazing and you can cut the fat and calories by 2/3 by making my homemade version!
