Cranberry and Turkey Pumpkin Spice Bagel Sandwich
Can be made ahead and wrapped tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Servings 2 sandwiches
- 2 Thomas' Pumpkin Spice Bagels
- 4 oz of cream cheese
- 1/2 pound of good quality roasted turkey sliced thin
- 1/2 cup of baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of homemade cranberry sauce or canned whole berry cranberry sauce
Spread cream cheese on both side of bagel.
Layer baby spinach, stems removed, over cream cheese.
Add turkey and top with cranberry sauce.
Place top of bagel on sandwich and serve.
