3Chicken Breastscut in half lengthwise
Salt and Pepper
1/2teaspoonGarlic Powder
2TablespoonsOlive Oil
3/4cuplow-sodium chicken broth
15.2 oz blockGarlic and Herb Boursin Cheeseat room temperature

Instructions
Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and pat dry. Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Brown chicken breasts on both sides until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165℉. Note: You may need to cook chicken in two batches depending on size of pan.
Remove chicken breasts from pan and set aside. Deglaze pan with broth, scraping up brown bits from pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and add room temperature Boursin cheese to liquid and whisk until melted.
Taste sauce and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
