- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes drained
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Then add broth, heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a simmer until thickened, stirring as it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Finish with fresh parsley.
