Easter is right around the corner, so I thought I would start sharing some fun Easter ideas! These mustache easter eggs are so easy to make, and my kids definitely got a huge kick out of them. I just love how the little mustaches give the eggs a persona.
Easy, colorful and fun, these Easter eggs will definitely bring some personality to your Easter egg hunt!
I love these little mustache shapes so much, I also used them on my DIY Mustache Glasses.
Supplies needed:
Hard Boiled Eggs
Vinegar
Food Coloring
Black Adhesive Vinyl
Silhouette Digital Craft Cutting Machine
1. To get ultra vibrant eggs, place eggs in a colander in the sink, then splash with vinegar. Use one color at a time and drop food coloring directly onto eggs and swirl to coat. Rinse egg to remove excess dye and set aside to dry. Rinse colander well before moving onto next color.
2. Once eggs are dry, cut very small mustache shapes on adhesive vinyl and apply to eggs. My mustaches were about an inch wide.
