White Chocolate Easter Bunny Bark Bites are a fun twist on traditional white chocolate bark. Instead of spreading the the white chocolate in a sheet and breaking it into pieces, I use a bunny shaped silicone candy mold to make individual bunny bark bites. I just love these fun and colorful little bunnies! These would be perfect for a pretty Easter display, or packaged for gift giving.
Supplies needed:
Ghirardelli Chocolate White Candy Making Wafers small 12 oz bag or
Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers – 2lbs big 2lb bag – makes about 48 bite sized treats. See notes at the end of the post about size.
Rainbow Sprinkles
M&M’s Bunny Mix
Bunny Silicone Treat Mold
These Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers are the BEST! Some wafers made for melting do not taste very good at all and if you try and melt white chocolate chips made for baking, they get lumpy and thick.  This is the solution! High quality white chocolate flavor and a completely smooth melt! The dark chocolate are delicious too. Both are perfect for strawberry dipping.
You can use any shape silicone treat mold, but these bunnies are especially cute! Place the mold on a baking sheet while working to keep it level.
Sprinkle in just M&M’s or M&M’s and sprinkles.
Then melt the Ghirardelli wafers according to package instructions. I use the microwave and it’s a breeze. Spoon the melted white chocolate into the molds and refrigerate until set. Then just pop them out. They can be stored at room temperature.
Aren’t they cute? With sprinkles or without?
I love them both!
The best part is that they taste really, really good! These bark bites are just so easy to make. Writing up the instructions takes longer than actually making them!

Adapted from my Valentine’s Day Bark BitesÂ
Adorable little white chocolate bunnies stuffed with sprinkles and M&M’s. Perfect for Easter!
Note: I used the 2lb bag of wafers in this post and had a lot of melted chocolate. I made one batch of bark bites and used the leftover to make a big batch of white chocolate dipped strawberries. I think the 2lb bag will make at least two batches of bark bites, a total of 48 piece. Check the prices on these Amazon links. Though it may change, right now the pricing of the smaller bags make those a better deal.
One of the 12oz bags will probably fill slightly less than all 24 molds.
