Ingredients
8ozBrie Cheese Wheel
1-2 tablespoonsHot Honey
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Thymeoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300º. Unwrap wheel of brie and use a small, sharp knife to score the top into a diamond pattern.
Place in dish and bake 10-15 minutes, just until cheese is melty. Cooking time will vary depending on how cold the brie is and the size of the wheel. Drizzle with hot honey and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top with fresh thyme, if using.
Serve with bread and fresh fruit. If brie starts to get cold, it can be reheated very briefly in the oven or microwave.
