Baked Brie with Hot Honey Appetizer
Baked brie is the ultimate easy and elegant appetizer. I like to keep it simple with a drizzle of hot honey, but it’s so easy to customize and always a crowd pleaser. Pair it with a toasted baguette and fresh fruit to make a delicious and beautiful appetizer.

Ingredients for Baked Brie
- Brie – Brie wheels come in a variety of sizes and are ideal for baking. Use a smaller 8oz wheel to serve four people, or a bigger 16oz wheel for a bigger crowd.
- Hot Honey – a sweet and spicy infused honey. Regular honey works as well, but the hot honey adds a little twist on the classic.
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Fresh Thyme – optional

How to Make Baked Brie with Hot Honey
- Score top of Brie wheel in a diamond pattern as shown.
- Place in small dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melty.
- Once melty, drizzle with hot honey and top with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves or other herbs as desired.
