Instructions
Place burrata in bowls and use a spoon to gently break up burrata. Top first ball with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Top second ball with olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Top third ball with a drizzle of honey. Let burrata come to room tempature.
Arrange platter as pictured, grouping the savory pairings, prosciutto, salami, and tomatoes, together. Slice peaches last to avoid browning. Group peaches and cherries around the burrata drizzled with honey.
