Tips for Making a Burrata Board
- The ingredients listed in the recipe card below are the amounts to make a large 20 inch round board.
- This board will serve approximately 10 people as an appetizer.
- Use small serving spoons and appetizer plates for serving.
- The peaches and tomatoes are best sliced and served right away.

Tips for Shopping for Ingredients
- I love using grocery delivery services but for these ingredients I prefer to shop in person so I can pick the best tomatoes and fruit.
- Look for colorful and ripe tomatoes. Heirloom tomatoes or heirloom cherry tomatoes are always a hit and so beautiful and tasty.
- Be flexible with the types of tomatoes, cherries, and peaches so you can pick what’s the best quality.
