This budget-friendly Charcuterie Board is made up entirely of Costco goodies. This board is easy to put together and perfect for feeding a crowd!
Easy Charcuterie Board
I was at Costco looking for meal prep supplies and I found this amazing cheese flight for only $19.99. It’s the perfect assortment of cheeses and I was immediately inspired to put together a Costco charcuterie board. I love the idea of a one-stop shop for building a charcuterie board. Building a charcuterie or grazing board should be fun and easy!
Then I found this selection of uncured meats for only $12.99 and I knew I had a perfect match! The best part of both the meat and cheese selections is that they didn’t expire for several months, so this is something you could keep on hand for last minute guests.
What Should I add to my Charcuterie Board?
To round out my board, I used sliced apples, grapes, smoked almonds, multigrain crackers, and Kirkland’s Signature Baguettes with Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil for dipping.

How Many Does this Charcuterie Board Feed?
This board is huge and I would comfortably say it would feed 10.
You get 3 pounds of meat, 1.875 pounds of cheese, 4 pounds of grapes, 2 pounds of apples, 1 1/2 pounds of bread, plus crackers and almonds.
In the Costco wine section, I found Kirkland Signature wines for $7.99 for a 1.5 liter bottle, which equals two bottles of wine! These big bottles are perfect for a party. If you got a bottle of white and a bottle of red you would only spend around $80 for your total budget! Add some Costco fresh flowers and you have a party for under $100!

How long does it last once the tray is opened and stored in fridge?
Hi Crystal! Are you referring to the cheese? Tightly rewrapped cheese can last for a long time in the fridge. Soft cheese will need to be used sooner. I would guess 5 days, but each type of cheese will probably vary.
Costco really has it all! Thanks for this great insight on how to put together a gorgeous board with all costco ingredients! YUM.
