- Burrata – burrata usually comes in two 4 oz balls in a container or one 8 oz ball. For this photo, I used two 8 oz balls of burrata. For a smaller salad, use two 4 oz balls.
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine
- Fresh Basil
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper
- Balsamic Glaze – or balsamic vinegar. I prefer to serve this on the side so it doesn’t discolor the display.
- Whole Peppercorns – for the face and buttons. Wait to add until right before serving. The peppercorns will start to discolor the burrata after an extended period of time.
- Carrot – a whole carrot peeled and cut into a small triangle.
